Welcome to SLP Nation!

The path to Graduate School:

As Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD/LCD) majors over the last 2 years we have been looking for an EASY WAY to guarantee our futures at good Speech Language Pathology graduate schools, and succeed... turns out, there is no easy way (click here!).

But never fear!
Pnina and Mikhal are here to help!

We are going to try* to guide you when it comes to:
    • Study Skills
    • Building your Resume and Experience
    • De-stressors
    • Making Connections (What is ASHA/NSSLHA?!)
    • Graduate School Possibilities
    • The Graduate School Application Process
      •  your Personal Statement
    • Writing your Personal Statement
      • Recommendations
      • GRE Preparation and Exam
    • Graduate School Interview Etiquette
So stick around, leave questions, comments, and advice! We're here to help!

  1. Woohoo! First Comment! Loved the short video :)

This blog will hopefully inspire the CSD majors to explore at other opportunities to volunteer/work in the field. The whole process of applying to graduate school doesn't have to be as frightening when you have a supportive group like this. Thank you Mika and Pnina for creating this.
And remember guys, no one is alone in this journey. All the hard work will someday pay off ;)

  2. So glad there's another SLP student blog out there trying to help others. There seems to be such a wide variation in grad schools...I'm excited to keep up with your blog more. :)
